Mommy and Me Yoga class is addressed to moms and baby from 6 weeks up to two-year old. it allows every mom to have a safe, effective physical activity together with your baby and gain energy after birth and as a new mom.

Yoga and postpartum Yoga is an excellent form of mind body exercise for every new mom. Enjoy some peaceful and mindful time with your baby as you strengthen and stretch your body as you relax your mind and find balance.

When can you start and attend Baby Yoga Mommy and Me ?

Mommy and Me Yoga is one of the most gentle and safest ways to bring your body back to shape.

  • you need the release form your physician to start mommy and me class
  • usually 6 weeks after a vaginal delivery and 8 weeks after a c-section delivery
  • twice a week is the ideal frequency
  • Baby is on the mat next to you
  • you can breastfeed, rock, change your baby
