Designed with the specific needs of the expecting woman in mind – during each of the three trimesters, the program is based on Pilates, Yoga, pelvic floor exercises, fitness, belly dance moves, together with breathing and relaxation. It is delivered in as a safe and effective manner in a warm and nurturing environment for you.
