Body Belly Baby team welcomed NBC on August 4th 2016 to observe a prenatal Pilates class and interview healthy pregnant women.
The importance of prevention for expectant women is key and much more efficient than panic. Expectant moms are recommended to wear long sleeves Tee-Shirts, long pants, spray mosquito repellents on their clothes and skin frequently, stay in air-conditionned rooms, in-door, avoid humid areas and areas such as Wyndwood until further notice.
Exercising during pregnancy is key for a healthy pregnancy and Pilates is the best form of exercise.
Breathing, posture, centering are among the key principles of Pilates and highly beneficial during and after pregnancy.
