I am an excellent highly certified expert in maternal health, fitness and education with a passion for movement, learning, and teaching. I have taught more than 5000 women. been teaching Pilates, Belly Dance, infant massage, and pre/post natal fitness classes in Tokyo, Japan for four years and relocated to Miami in 2012. She worked at Okawa Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic in Tokyo with Doctor Yutaka Okawa, MD where she taught Pilates and infant massage to expecting mothers and new moms. Her areas of expertise are pilates together with prenatal and postnatal fitness. As a mother of two young children, Valerie experienced first hand the many physical and emotional benefits exercise has in a woman’s life. She has a strong knowledge and understanding of the changes a woman goes through in her life, especially during the childbearing years.
