Body Belly Baby Client Services and Class Policy

At Body Belly Baby, we are committed to providing our clients with exceptional care and quality services. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we have established the following policies regarding our services and classes. We kindly ask all clients to review these terms carefully.

Refund Policy:

All services and classes purchased at Body Belly Baby are non-refundable. 

Transfer Policy:

Purchased services and classes are non-transferrable and are to be used by the purchasing client only. We tailor our services to each individual’s needs, and as such, they cannot be transferred to another individual.

Cancellation Policy for Classes:

Body Belly Baby offers a variety of classes, including Prenatal BBB Yoga, Pilates, and Fitness. We understand that schedules can change, which is why we allow cancellations with a 24-hour notice prior to the scheduled class time.

To cancel a class, please sign-in into your account and cancel your class in Momence at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your spot to another client. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class time, or failure to attend a class without notice, will result in a no-show. The class will then be considered as taken, and no refund or credit will be issued.

No-Show Policy:

Clients who do not show up for their scheduled class without prior notice will be considered no-shows. The class will be marked as taken, and the client will forfeit the class without a refund or the possibility of rescheduling.

Cancellation Policy for Educational Services:

Body Belly Baby is proud to offer a wide range of educational services designed to support parents and parents-to-be. This includes our Lamaze Childbirth Class, Baby 101, Infant CPR, Baby Sleep, Breastfeeding, Baby Massage, among others. To manage these classes effectively and ensure availability for all interested clients, we adhere to the following cancellation policy:

Notice Period: Clients wishing to cancel their registration for any educational service must inform Body Belly Baby at least 7 days prior to the scheduled class date and cancel their attendance within their account in Momence. This notice allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an available spot.

Rescheduling: If a client provides notice of cancellation 7 days before the class date, we offer the flexibility to reschedule the class to a later date. This is subject to class availability and may not always coincide with the client’s first choice of dates.

Refund and Transfer: Similar to our other services, educational classes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Each class is carefully prepared with the registered client in mind, and as such, cannot be transferred to another individual.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, leading to a need to cancel or reschedule a class. We appreciate your cooperation in notifying us as early as possible to help us maintain a fair and efficient scheduling system for all our clients.

Policy on Non-Attendance:

Should a client fail to attend an educational class without the required 7-day notice, the class will be considered as taken. No refunds or options for rescheduling will be provided in such cases. This policy ensures that our resources are used effectively and that opportunities for other clients are not unduly limited.
