1- Scheduling policy

Advance scheduling for private or group classes: Payment is required to sign-up for future classes. You can buy and schedule your classes on-line, and/or in person at the reception.

Due to the limited number of available spaces in each class, reservations are highly recommended and are available on-line.

Private, Duet, equipment group classes as well as all courses require prior reservation and payment.

You may come to a group class (Mat pilates, yoga, etc) without prior reservation.

Package expiration: As a currently signed-up member you can buy one class ,or various packages. Packages are individual and personal, non-transferable to a third party, non -refundable.  Packages are valid for a certain period of time and do come with an expiration date.

A 12-class package is valid for 3 months and expires 3 months from the date of purchase. A 20-class package is valid for 6 months and expires 6 months – from the date of purchase. Class packages are non-replaceable, non -transferable or non -refundable.

Expired package : Once a package expires, any remaining classes will be forfeited. This may be avoided by purchasing another 10 class package allowing those forfeited classes to “roll over” and remain valid.

Example: Maria purchases a 10 class package. Her 12 week expiration arrives however she has 5 classes remaining in her package. When she purchases a new 10 class package those 5 expired classes will carry over. Now she has 15 classes valid for 12 weeks.

A student needs to sign- up before class begins.

With advance notice to the reception / or via email, you may freeze a package for the duration of your trip/vacation.

This does not apply to any of the courses or workshops ( included but not limited to Infant Massage course, Mommy and me Pilates Course, Educational courses, childbirth).

2- Cancellation policy

To cancel your attendance to a class, a 24-hour notice is required for a reserved class.

To cancel your attendance to a scheduled course or workshop (set dates and times ), a one-week notice before the first session of the course is required.
